As a Project Manager at Sumathi Consulting, your primary responsibility is to oversee digital projects, communicate with clients, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and successful delivery. You will be the key link between client expectations and team execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple digital marketing projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and resources
- Collaborate with SEO experts, content teams, designers, and developers
- Maintain client communication and manage expectations
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
🧠 Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of digital tools (Trello, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage remote teams
- Attention to detail & analytical thinking
- Time and resource management
- Basic understanding of SEO, Ads, Content & Web Projects
