Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance our clients’ online visibility, drive organic traffic, and ultimately contribute to their business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for our diverse client portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) and off-page optimization (link building, outreach).
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Identify opportunities for content optimization and work closely with content creators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with paid advertising and content marketing teams for integrated strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, crawl budget optimization, schema markup, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal, in English and Tamil).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Google Ads certification.
