Key Responsibilities
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop and execute winning digital strategies tailored for B2B clients.
- Own and manage the company’s entire social media presence.
- Create and schedule high-performing content across platforms.
- Design, implement, and monitor paid ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn & Meta).
- Lead generation & nurturing through organic and paid funnels.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Track key KPIs and generate actionable insights through analytics.
- Optimize strategies based on performance data and trends.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Work closely with the SEO and PPC teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Host and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Build social media communities and engage with followers.
- Present monthly reports to stakeholders with recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior marketers to build a high-performing team.
Required Skills
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Strong background in B2B sales & marketing.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Technical Know-How
- Experience using social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Bonus Skills
- Video content marketing.
- Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.

Experience Required
