Key Responsibilities

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

1. Develop and execute winning digital strategies tailored for B2B clients.
2. Own and manage the company’s entire social media presence.
3. Create and schedule high-performing content across platforms.
4. Design, implement, and monitor paid ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn & Meta).
5. Lead generation & nurturing through organic and paid funnels.
6. Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
7. Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
8. Track key KPIs and generate actionable insights through analytics.
9. Optimize strategies based on performance data and trends.
10. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.
11. Work closely with the SEO and PPC teams for integrated campaign execution.
12. Host and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
13. Build social media communities and engage with followers.
14. Present monthly reports to stakeholders with recommendations.
15. Lead and mentor junior marketers to build a high-performing team.

Required Skills

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Strong background in B2B sales & marketing.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

Technical Know-How

• Experience using social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Bonus Skills

• Video content marketing.
• Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.

Experience Required
