Convert leads into paying customers
Maintain follow-ups and update CRM systems
Coordinate with the internal team for service fulfillment
🔧 Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional languages)
Confidence and strong persuasion ability
Understanding of sales process and customer handling
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel tools
Goal-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or field sales is a bonus
